    Hand written on the first two pages of the Bible of Aaron Case, and then continuing onto the pages made for Family Records is a wonderful history of the Case Family with dates from 1640 - 1867.
    The first page reads," This with the other volume of the Rev Thomas Scots explanation of the Holy Scriptures, bought by Aaron Case Sept. 1830, price P 13. As the doctrine that is contained in these volumes has been the one of my Ancestors at least three generations that have gone before me and justly believing it to be agreeable to the articles of faith once heralded to the Saints by Christ and the Apostles, humbly implore the divine blessing of Almighty God that the reading of the Sacred Scriptures. explanatory notes and practical observations contained in these volumes may do me good as it doth the unfrightened heart and may my posterity to the latest generation be lovingly search the Scriptures for therein are the words of eternal Life. Aaron Case"
