Obituary
Ronald Werth Genschaw, 88, of Mecosta, MI (formerly from Alpena) passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2022, while in hospice care. Ron was born March 6, 1934, in Alpena to the late William and Gertrude (Werth) Genschaw. He is survived by his wife, Irma Genschaw, children, Connie Prior, Randall (Patti) Genschaw, Stuart (Lori) Genschaw, many grandchildren, along with many other family and friends.
After high school, Ronald served in the National Guards then later, made Besser Company a career for 43 years. He and his wife Irma enjoyed their home he designed and built. He enjoyed hunting, and bird watching, with fall being his favorite time of year. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
