Notes:
Note
Witness at Amelia Co, VA Court in April 1737. Will made out 20 Jan 1764 'of Patrick Parish', probated 20 May 1765, names wife Katherine, daughter Judith, sons Brian, James & Dudley. Names friends Richard Woodson, Richard Burks and Thomas Owens executors, which is somewhat unusual since it would appear that at least Dudley was of age & possibly the other sons as well. Witnessed by John Clark, Alexander Womack, James Rutledge JR, and the inventory was entered coincident with the will. Has two sons on the 1785 state census with large families.Less
