    • NOTE: This generation is completely omitted by Sir Bernard Burke in Dormant, Abeyant, Forfeited, and Extinct Peerages, Burke's Peerage, Ltd., London, 1883, p. 213, Fitz-Warine, Barons Fitz-Warine, stating instead that Fulke Fitz-Warine who m. Margaret, princess of Wales, was the son of Fulke Fitz-Warine and Maud Vavasour. Also of interest is that he states that Fulke who m. Maud Vavasour died at the Battle of Lewes. If the Fulke who m. Maud Vavasour did die at the Battle of Lewes, he would have been close to 100 years of age, which isn't very likely. Therefore, I am assuming that the 2nd marriage of Fulke to "Clarice" referred to by Burke is actually the marriage of this Fulke to Constance.
