- DEATH: Had information that he died in Scottsdale,Maricopa Co.,Arizona. Aunt Henriette Dickey Cowgill corrected this information to Woodland, Yolo, CA. BIOGRAPHY: I had found a reference that he changed his name legally to Edward W.(I don't know what the W. stands for.) I also have a note writen on a group sheet that it wasn't Edward that he changed his name to. I don't have documentation to show that he did or didn't change his name. dl
