  John Lestrange, 1st Lord (Baron) Strange or Lestrange of a new creation by writ of summons 3 April 1360, JP (Salop 1360); Lady Mary FitzAlan (died 29 Aug 1396), daughter of 10th/3rd Earl of Arundel, and died 12 May 1361. [Burke's Peerage] Note John's elder brother Fulk was 3rd Baron of their father's creation. He dspm 30 Aug 1349, and technically his barony went into abeyance.
