• Notes

  In May 1373 he [Gerard de Lisle] was contracted to marry Anne, daughter of Sir Michael DE LA POLE, with a portion of 1,500 marks, Gerard's father making a suitable provision.... He died v.p. and s.p., before 30 November 1381. His widow married Robert THORLEY, of Tybeste, Cornwall. She died 30 March 1412.
