She was d/o John Carney, son of the Choctaw Indian, Ikenabbee. Moses and Sally made their home in Lawrence at Bismark. From Cheri Arickson: moses rials wife sallie carney was born april 1808 and died aug.22 1868 she was the daughter of john carney son of choctaw indian chief Iklenabbe or Ikenaby it was spelled both ways in the book so I dont know which one is right i hope this helps."
