- Her name, as listed in John BURTs will, is VERY muddied and nearly indeciphrable (copy of original). However, it does begin with an "Fru" and could read Frusanna or Franciana - both are names used in that area at that time.
Speculation on the identity of John BURT Sr's wife:
Perhaps maiden name JONES.
1. His son Young BURT appeared to have a middle name that may have been JONES on the will of his brother that he witnessed along with a Darling JONES.
