They arrived 1622 in Virginia Colony, They lived on the east side of the James River in Charles City County, at West and Shirley Hundred Plantation John Harris Sr. signed the Third Virginia Charter, about 1611 in England. He immigrated to Virginia in 1611. Gentleman Thomas Harris , his father, subscribed 25 pounds on the Second Virginia Charter, about 1609 to help his son John. Thomas remained in England. [9]
