Will: SC Archives; Newberry Co, Vol 2 Book H, written 1 Feb 1813.Mentions wife, Jemima and "A ll my children", but names none. Batch #: 8535780, Sheet #: 27, Source Call #: 1396154 Twin of ElijahWaldrop. Will of Elisha Waldrop box 78, Package 200, Estate #1983 of Newberry County S.C. names wife P hebe and children. Elisha is listed as a planter in the Newberry District of South Carolina. Some of his children's names and birthdates were taken from the Bible of Solomon Tilman Fuller who married Phebe Anderson Waldrop about 1813. Will of James Waldrop Sr. dated 25 May 1798 and proved in court 30 July 1799 in Newberry County SC. shows that Elisha Waldrop was the son of James Sr.Box 78, Package 200 Estate 1983 in Probate Judges Office of Newberry County S.C. lists his will and children.
