  Charles Sacket(t), b. 23 June, 1793 at Litchfield Conn. He moved to Vermont in 1803 and married Soloma 'Sally' Bascom on 3 July , 1814. In 1834 they moved to Bergen NY. He died 7 Aug 1879 and she died 6 Sept, 1869. He was the oldest of 7 children. They are: (2)Amanda Sacket(t), b. 17 Aug 1795 and she m. Joesph Remington and they lived in New York. (3) Phoebe Sacket(t) b. 3 May, 1797. She m. Mr. Nickols and they lived in Vermont. (4) William Sacket(t) b. 2 Sept, 1800. (5) Electa Sackett, b. 28 Sept 1802. (6) Nancy Sacket(t) b. 3 Jan 1805. She m. Mr Hammond and they lived in Byron and Batarda, NY, and (7) Malinda Sackett b. 29 Oct. 1807. She m.
