  • Notes
    • BIOGRAPHY: Richard Case was named as a minor in his father's will, dated Sept 8 1690. Thus Richard would not have been born before 1669. He made his own will at Hartford where he died Feb 22 1724/5. The will mentions son Joseph, and two unnamed daughters. In the will he gave two acres to "Carter" who was most likely his son-in-law George Charter. Manwaring has "Sarah Case, widow relict of Richard Case" yet he shows that Elizabeth Case signed the documen t. BIOGRAPHY: Henry Arnold, Sr. had a daughter Sarah Case who might be assumed to be the wife of Richard Case were it not for the fact that Richard's brother John also had a wife named Sarah. Richard's children were baptised at the first Church of Hartford. ref:Michael Roman, Hartford, Conn. Vital Records.
