Sir Thomas de la Pole was younger son of Michael de la Pole, d. 1389, 1st Earl of Suffolk, by his wife, Katherine, daughter & heir of Sir John Wingfield of Wingfield, Suffolk, by Eleanor, daughter of a Glanville.
