  Government Gazette of the State of New South Wales (Sydney, NSW : 1901 - 2001), Friday 24 May 1918 (No.65), page 2454 "in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. PROBATE JURISDICTION. In the estate of Johann Martin Greschke, late of Burrumibuttock, in the State of New South Wales, farmer, deceased, intestate. NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any debt or claim upon or affecting the estate of Johann Martin Greschke, the above named deceased, who died on or about the 21st day of November, 1917, and letters of administration of whose estate were granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on the 1st day of March. 1918, to Johann Heinrich Hermann Gresellke, Johann Gottlob Heinrich Greschke, and Joliann Gottlob Ernst Greschke, sons of the said deceased, are hereby required to send in particulars of their claims to the undersigned Messrs. Fleming and Henderson, proctors, on or before the *2-nd day of .June next, at tho expiration of which time the said administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among tho persons entitled thereto, having regard to the debts and claims only of which they shall then have had notice; and the said administrators will not !>p liable, for the assets so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution.
