- ELIZABETH BAXTER, b 1767. and d. 1829, m. 25 Nov. 1791 to Arthur Chenoweth, by Rev. Turner. Arthur Chenoweth was living in Brooke Co., Va. in 1810 and had three small boys in his family. (However) The Chenoweth History states that Elizabeth Baxter married William Chenoweth, brother of Arthur, and that they went to Ohio. There Is no record of the family In Brooke Co., Va. in the 1820 Census.
