  Lydia HOPKINS was born about 1765. She signed a will on 8 May 1838 in Davidson Co., NC. She died in 1839 in Davidson Co., TN. She had an estate probated Oct Term 1839 in Davidson Co., NC. Samuel & Lydia are buried in the Fitzhugh Family Graveyard in Davidson Co., Tn.; you can find the Cem. on the Davidson Co. rootsweb site & also www.findagrave.com with pictures. This graveyard was found when the Christ Church, on Hickory Blvd. east of Ogelisby, was clearing land for their Memorial Gardens cemetery a few years ago.
