Notes:

Daniel was part of the Turnbull Rangers. In a shoot-out with rustlers, he was fatally shot through the lungs and, believing no "horse thief" should have the honor of taking his life, put his own gun to his head and pulled the trigger before anyone could stop him.

Daniel married Rebecca "Becky" UNKNOWN before 1870. Rebecca was born about 1844; and died. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
