    BENT, Esq., John (BURT?)2-0-0-1-1-0 3-0-1-1-1
[Who is he? Delia LANE b. 1785 (see 1850 AL census) would have been only 35. However, DAR record shows Priscilla Senter BURT d. 1820 - it is conceivable that she was living with her son Capt. John BURT, who would be abt 40 yrs. old in 1820. If the BURTs in Morgan Co., AL 1850 are his sons, only one was born bef. 1820 - Joseph, b. 1817. Could be the under 10. But who is the other one, and which one is over 18? Also, lots of girls. Younger brother Alfred would be 28 and he is not listed as a head of household in NC 1820 anywhere. Sisters all seem too old and unlikely to be in this household. Since John & Delia weren't m. until 1809, any children over 10 are not their's together. John is still old enough to have been m. before and had older kids.]
