    In the Name of God Amen. I, Benjamin Nevill being of soun d mind and memory do make and ordain this my last will an d testament.
    It is my will that my two grandaughters Martha G. W hitaker and Willmouth M. Whitaker take in their possessio n in trust for my daughter Bathsheba Whitaker immediatel y after my decease, the following property, to whit, the t ract of land whereas she now lives, also the following name d negroes, Sam, Ruth, Hannah, Canda, also twenty barrels c orn the present crop, five hundred weight of pork, one co w and calf and saw and picks for her sole benefit and us e of my said daughter Bathsheba, after her decease, the n I give said land to my grandson Andrew Nevill, the abov e negroes Sam, Ruth, Hannah, and Canda I give to my gran d daughter Wilmouth M. Whitaker.
    I give to my grand daughter Martha G. Whitaker on e negro woman named Chloe and all her children that she no w has or may have hereafter.
    I give to my grand daughter Wilmouth M. Whitaker o ne negro man Gabriel, also my gig and harness.
    I give to my grandson Drury Nevill on tract of lan d that I purchased from Alexander McCullock, also one negr o man named Henry.
    I give to my grandson Albert Nevill the tract of l and that I purchased of Samuel McCullock
    I give to my grand daughter Malissa Nevill one neg ro girl named Ciller.

    I give my Grand daughter Mary G. Nevill one negro woman na med Anardy (?) and her daughter Maurrin(?).

    It is my will that the tract of land I purchased from Benja min McCullock & adjoining the lands of Henry Aaron be sol d and credit of two years with interest from the date and t he money arising therefrom to be equally divided between m y Grandchildren not othermay provided for in this will, Osm ond Nevill excepted.

    I Give to my Grand daughter Susannah Nevill one negro name d ___. I Give to my Grand daughter Margaret Nevill negro gi rl name Maria.

    After the payment of my debts the residue of my estate no t named in this will both real and personal of every descri ption whatever I Give to my son Thomas Nevill.

    I appoint my son Thomas* Nevill whole and Sole Executor t o this my last will and testament and hereby revoking ever y other will whatever. Lewis and Jno D. Nevill, the two Subscribing witnesses thereto, On Moti on it was ordered to be recorded: Whereupon Thomas R.
